Dr. Aaron O’Kelley (Ph.D., Southern Baptist Theological Seminary) is a vocational elder at Cornerstone Community Church in Jackson, Tennessee. He is also director of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary’s Jackson extension center. Through these two institutions, he seeks to train and mobilize leaders who will plant new churches and oversee and revitalize established churches, so that the name of Jesus Christ may be known and adored to the ends of the earth.
Aaron is the author of Did the Reformers Misread Paul? A Historical-Theological Critique of the New Perspective. He lives in Jackson with his wife, Joni, and three children. In addition to theology, education, and theological education, he also enjoys Civil War history, politics, Middle Earth, Star Wars, anything written by Malcolm Gladwell, and the Dallas Cowboys (most of the time).
